How much storage is included per mailbox? |

All share exchange hosting plans have 500MB storage per mailbox. Dedicated Exchange plans does not have any restrictions
on per mailbox storage limit. All dedicated Exchange servers are assigned a storage limit all mailboxes share that storage. You can buy more
storage for individual mailboxes and dedicated servers. For information on storage included in dedicated servers and pricing on buying
additional storage please refer to the plan details. |

How long does it take to get the service up and running after I signup? |

VIRE Technologies gets most companies up and running within 24-48 hours (Larger companies, Dedicated Servers and custom deployments
may take longer). If you have your own domain we suggest that you plan ahead and make sure that the MX record is pointed to VIRE Technologies
servers within that time frame. |

How do I connect to VIRE Technologies Servers? |

VIRE Technologies offer several ways for connecting to our server. The most popular way of connection is RPC over HTTP
which is included free of cost and enables the clients to use full functionality of Exchange. RPC over HTTP works by making a Remote Procedure Call over secure
HTTP protocol over the internet. Clients can access the email anywhere in the world as long as they have internet connectivity. |

Is RPC over HTTP secure? |

Absolutely! RPC over HTTP communicates with the Exchange Server over secure channels using SSL certificates. |

Is RPC over HTTP my only connectivity option? |

VIRE Technologies offer several other methods of connecting to our servers. You can choose a site to site VPN or
a dedicated WAN link such as T1 or MPLS. |
